Refund Policy

We require an advance payment of ₹500 to reserve a slot. This amount is fully refundable (excluding any applicable payment gateway convenience charges) provided the booking is cancelled, or we are notified of the cancellation via WhatsApp, at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled slot time.

Refunds are typically initiated within 48-72 hours of confirmation and may take up to 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
